hi guys...
is almost time for prom and all... i saw a awsome prom dress in the mall but there is only one big problems... IS SMALL ON ME!!! som i need some safe advice on lose 15 lb in one and half month with out medications b/c my parents is not gonna let me buy those so any eating rules or Exercises yall recommand????? plz i really need help big time to help me lose weight (link)

this is where you burn more energy then what is in the food by just digesting the food you dont even need to exercise jus eat
Vegetables:carrots,broccoli,beets,cucumber,chili peppers,chicory,celery,endives,lettuce,cabbage,green beans, garlic, asparagus,turnip, spinich, radish, onion,zuccini,and bean sprouts.

Fruits:oranges, apples, strawberry, watermelon, raspberry,pineapple, peach,blueberry, cranberry,cantaloupe,grapefruit,honeydew melon, lemons, lime and mango

I'm really skinney but I have a floppy, ugly, stomache so i'm trying to do crunches do everytime I move up while doing it, I keep sucking in my stomache by accident and I can't stop even though I keep trying to do crunches again without sucking in. Am I supposed to? Any other excercises that will help? (link)


Many people say they need to burn calories, carbs, and fat but how come it's in three categories but when you burn them it's still burning fat? Is it only one that's actually making you fat? My friend is fat and does EXTREME excercing for a year! Walking 3 km a day, and many excercises one hour a day and even eats healthy but she hasn't even gone skinny. Any advice for her? And which excercises would workl to burn fat, caloires, and carbs and which one of these three are actually making you fat? (link)

this is a question about losing weight and getting a better body. i know there are a lot of questions like this already, but mine is kind of different. I know what to eat and how to exercise, but my problem is I have NO WILLPOWER! i don't know why but whenever i see chocolate or chips or anything in front of me I literally cant not eat it! i don't know what to do, and it's hard to make myself go to the gym. Please help, i need tips for good food choices, like how to say no to myself and not eat something. I also need tips for how to stay active wihout it feeling like intense exercise. i'm a female who just turned 14 & i'm about 5'11 and i'm pretty sure i'm still growing.
i read about this 22 year old guy who grew from 5'1 to 5'7 by the time he was 27 because of the right foods he ate and the the right excersize he did. and he wrote a book about it. does anyone know the name of the book? if not, can you please search it?

also, if you cannot find the book; what foods do you know of will help me grow even taller? and which excersizes should i do to help me grow taller? and which foods should i stay away from that stunt my growth? i also heard that lifting weights stunts and drinking coffee stunts growth - is this true? Hi Everyone. :)

I was just wondering if anyone had some good tips, and/or facts on losing weight. Just a bit of warning in advance.. I've got a problem with snacking constantly. I always end up trying diets, but I give up after a short amount of time, because I end up giving myself some kind of excuse to start eating junk foods again. I seriously have very bad will power, so if anyone could focus on helping me with that, that'd be great.

Also, I can't buy diet pills, special foods, or do things like go running/go to the gym for specific reasons. So are there any exercises I'd be able to do without equipment, which would be effective for weight loss?

I'm honestly not even sure how much weight I should lose. I've just kind of got a bad body image. :/

right its alot easier then you think i used to be a full on snaker lol . just put your unhealthly foods in hard to reach places and the healthy ones in easy to reach places that way wenever your hungry you go for th ehealthy option use the negative calorie diet eg something like a carrot may contain 20 calories a cake may contain 20 aswel the cake takes 5 calories to digest the carrot takes 100 that way your loosing weight here are some food from the negative calorie diet im sure youll have them

Well, I've been working out for a while to rid my lower stomach of it's 'chub'.
Now, I realize, my upper stomach needs some work done to it too,

crunches will build muscle on your upper stomache cardio vascular exercises e.g cycling will burn the access fat off you stomache and the rest of your body a healthy diet will help aswel

exercise and watch your diet instead of eating chocolate eat an apple or a carrot or anything from a negative calorie diet the negative calarie diet is when you eat a food eg a carrot wich contains 15 calories but it takes 90 to digest this was you loose 75 calories DO NOT TAKE ADVANTEDGE OF THIS!! at you age it can harm your health so do it slowly

tinkerbells your rong remember muscle weighs 3 times more then fat im 5,6 15 n i weigh 11 stone i sprint for manchester i should be overweight but im not. right when your doin the run breath in a sequence and alwaysmove your arm to the opposite leg lean forward slights and breath in through the nose and out of the mouth when in a medium distance race you must close the gap slowy if you wnat to ebat some one infront of you just slightly increase your pace and close the gap slowy


im trying to tone my abs, love handles, legs, and butt because i used to have like a 4 pack haha and i want it back and im also kinda pear shaped. well i heard that even if i try to tone those areas nothing will happen unless i do cardio. which i dont like bc weights and non-cardio things are much more my type of workout and also im 16 and only a 32a and i want bigger boobs i dont want them to decrease from cardio lol!!! what can i do? crunches will build up the top part of you abs reverse crunches will build up the bottem part of your abs . cario will not make your boobs decrease. and yes u need to do cardio to get rid of your love handles. if you wnat to loose it fast count how many calories your eating a day you should be eating 2000 or under when you go to work out you should make sure you burn about 500 off from cardio e.g running for an hour. if you want to get rid of fat from your body you should try the negative calorie diet this is where you eat a food and it takes more calories to digest then wats actually in the foor exaple eat a carrot wich has 15 calories but it takes 90 to digest youv just lost 75 calories >

cellulite can be in your genetics in your case it is so theres pretty much nothing you can do about ti sorry man
