I want to lose at least 20 pounds before summer
am i waaaay to late to start a diet right now? will it be like impossible to lose 20 pounds before june 1st? (link)

its never to late to try and loose weight. (wow that rymes). but you dont want to loose 20 pounds within like 2 months and go back to eating whatever you want because then it will ALL gain back. you want to loose weight in a way that you can loose it and not gain it back right away. a healthy weight loss in one pound a week, figuring there are 4 weeks in a month and there is a month and a half until june by then you can loose 8 pounds ( by june 1st) easily just by doing a simple diet. with a good good diet like a south beach diet but level two (look online its one of the must seccesfull diets i used also atkins but never to exactly what they say.. put your own twist on it cause its normally to hard to live off of) and you can loose like 2 or 3 pounds a week. and thats like 8 pounds a month and that would be like 14 pounds by june 1st.
if you are rather heavy..results will come fast in the begining. so if your overweight i think you can.

Hey i wanna lost 7 pounds. I weigh about 135-138 pounds. I work out and stuff but then I go and weigh myself a few days later or even a couple and i still haven't lost any weight. Its like impossible for me. Anything i do i cant lose weight. Im in sports but thats not helping i work out 4 times a week. But i stay the same weight. Is there any tips on how maybe i could get more motivated maybe to wanna do this cuz im about to give up because im not losing or gaining any weight! (link)

Hey hun -- (first you weigh your self in morning never in the night. Weight yourself before you workout so the next day you can see if any change has happened.) Anyways you may not be losing weight because you are not eating the right foods. Working out is great! But 75% is eating healthy foods, and if you eat sweets and junk food after you workout or even just throughout the day it will give you back the calories you burned from working out, so no change will happen. I recommend to just eat healthy, you don't need a diet to eat healthy. You also need to stop your self when your full. Because portion control is part of eating healthy. So eat foods you know are healthy and thats pretty easy, and eat them in portions which you think you can eat without going back for more..but not filling up your plate.

I might not answer this question great so i would also consult a nutritionist. //
Putting on weight doesn't mean you have to eat junk food because that is FAT not healthy. First you should eat 3 full meals a day with maybe 2 snacks. Snacks could be fruite or yogurt, stuff like that. Food i would recomend is anything that is good for you grains, lean meats, vegitables, protein, basiclly anything you think is healthy. Yeah you can eat sweets but in moderation, and same with like chips and fast food. Like if you want Doritos eat maybe half a lunch size bag and if you want mcdonals eat maybe a kids meal, but not often. For exersize
left lifs, squats, bicycles (like when your lying on your back and make bicyles motions with your legs) ect. Crunches, and pushups deff. (there are many types of crunches so mix it up) light free weights maybe 3 and 5 pounds. If you want cardio baybe just do a little fast pase walking or jumping jacks just to get your heart rate up. www.toneteen.com gives some tips.

hey babe, well if you want to lose weight but no one thinks you need to tell whom ever is saying that, that you want to do it to make yourself look better and be healthier [unless its like dethly losing weight]. If you do enough weights and not as much cardio it can burn of your fat and replace it with muscle to make you look like your thinner.

Alright I have been battaling eating dissorders for about 2 years now.. but i have thought i was fat sense i was about 7.. I thought i was done with the whole problem until i just made myself puke.. Hey, well i think the best thing is to talk to a close person friend maybe who also went through it but over come it. I think you should stop telling yourself your fat because i did use to talk/ pick on people about being fat but i stoped at like 14 because i learned and i thaught i was being a bitch... so if no one else calls you fat or teases you or if your parents dont bring it up you most lickley not. Once your ready i think you should tell someone about your Balimia. But throwing up can cause more problems than being overweight so i think you shouldnt through up.

thats the whole problem... its not a 6 pac
ever since i started playing handball 5 years ago my muscles on my stomach began developing somewhat irregularly.
6 pac is supposed to be 6 bumps that are in pairs of 2 going from top to bottom, well thats not the case with me.
my muscles are disaligned, meaning that one starts in the midle of its oposite making it 8 msules not 6, which kinda looks wrong....
I NEED HELP AND AM WILLING TO SPEND LOADA CASH TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

hey, well if it looks like an 8 pack its an 8 pack. usher has and 8 pack lol. but its just cus you developed more muscle than just the regular 6 pac.

hey hun, well the first the only way to make your boobs bigger is sergury or wait till they are done growing. do lots of cardio workouts like running and sports and also leg lifts inner and outter thigh crunches oblique crunches sit ups ect.

crunches bye far. if you life your legs up in the air and cross them around your feet keep them slighly bent at the knees and the closer you keep you things to you stomach the more work-out it would be on the lower stomach.

thats always a good start but there are more options. like doing cardio can help burn the fat around the muscle so it would help tone it. also doing oblique crunches would help.

well my friend is 5'0 and 109 and her doctor told her to gain a little weight. so your like at perfect weight but if you really think its that bad you can to crunches && oblique crunches and leg lifts. also light cardio like jumping jacks, sports, dance, walking-running on tredmill.

well see crunches replace fat with muscle if you do enough of them. doing enough crunches can burn off fat but it wouldnt do much on losing weight because muscle weighs more than fat. so any cardio can work, sports, dancing, walking, running, jumping jacks. really anything can work for cardio as long as you stick to it for more than 5 minutes.

doing any type of active exerise like walking or running, anything will help. but it wont just lose stomach fat but fat everywhere. walking doesnt burn as much as running would in a 30 or 20 minute time so you would proboly want to do some walking about 2 times a day rather than running 1 time a day.
