ok well im 32 inches around the waist and im 13/f 132 pounds i want to be 27 inches thats my goal
if i do 50 crunches 4 times a day
and do a ab workout or 2 on the on demand every day
when will be the first time i see results?
and when do you think i will reach my goal?
and one more thing i want my legs an thys smaller
what if i speedwalk everyday for and hour will i loose some weight in my legs and thys? and if so how much?

crunches will build up your muscles (sp) but to lose inches you have to do cardio get, your heart pumping like running, speed walking, jogging, swimming and its hard to estimate how much you'll lose unless i know alot more about you and and waking will help you lose weight in your --ALLEY n rate

hi what are some like really good excercises that i can do at home. i am trying to lose the stomach and some fat around my thighs. i dont need alot to do because im not entirely that fat. like i know you can do sit ups. but what else can i do. i walk around alot with my friends but its to hot outside to go running. what are some really good excercises that can help me loose some of the fat around my thighs and stomach? tahnk you in advance

well there is a website www.toneteen.com it has excercises for your stomach and legs but if u want to lose fat that would also be tybow (sp) and anything that gets your heart pumping would help u to lose fat swiming helps for youe arms and legs -- hope i helped alley
