hey well...im skinny im 14 and i weigh 85 pounds..and its so wierd...lyk my stomach its skinny but then lyk right undermy belly button i have this lyk little "pooch" thing.it s not lyk that big where people would think im fat but sitll it wierd...what is it? and no, its not something lyk medically wrong with me...its just the way my stomach is. but lyk i dunno its so wierd cuz im real skinny and then theres lyk this little pooch thing under my belly button..does anyone else whos skinny have this..?
That's where your internal organs (stomach, intestines) are. There's no way to get rid of it without getting those organs taken out. Which obviously is not a good idea. Don't worry about it, everyone has it no matter how skinny they are.
hey. i have REALLY short legs. &its really annoying. i know this sounds weird, but is there anyway to make them longer? i just hate having such short legs because i can't find pants! if you help me i'll rate you!
A lot of stores, like American Eagle, Weathervane, and many others, offer petite sizes made for short people. You can't really do anything to make your legs longer, but drinking lots of milk makes your bones grow, so that might help. Also, try getting some really high heels. They make you feel really tall.
I have been doing crunches regularly for a while now and I only see little results of a six pack. Do you know of any other ways I can get a six pack a little bit quicker?
Pilates works great. I do it. It's pretty easy, and it's a short workout. They sell Pilates tapes in lots of places, like Wal Mart and Best Buy.
does ne body know if laughing actually works out your abs? and if ne body knows some good work outs to get your stomach more toned just stuff you can do around the house without a full on workout please tell me! thanks much..
Laughing does burn some calories, but you would have to laugh for at least an hour for it to count as a work out. Pilates is GREAT for toning abs, and it's a pretty short workout. I have a pilates tape, and I do it every day (you don't even have to do it that often) and it's worked for me.
i have a friend who has been losing and gaining weight, and now she has stretch marks and she's only 16, she feels really bad about them, because now, she has lost weight and she is down to the size that she wants to be at, i keep telling her she is fine, but she won't listen... is there any way to get rid of these evil, evil stretchmarks thats making my friend sad?
Start with natural remedies. I recommend cocoa butter and Vitamin E oil. If they don't work, then try special cream made for women after pregnancy. It is sold at pharmacies.
Do you know of any exercises which can be done to tone your thighs which can easily be done a home?
I do Pilates regularly, and some of it is very helpful for the thigh/leg area. Do leg lifts by lying on your side and kicking straight up, or lay on your side and make circles with your legs. Swimming is also very good for toning your leg muscles.
