My friends don't seen to be paying me much attention, and neither does my family. I feel like I'm just doing everything wrong and that no-one likes me any more. I would probably cut myself but I'm too much of a wimp and I do know how bad that is. Am I right? Or am I hanging around with the wrong people, and my family is sort of mean? Thanks..

I'm a nice girl who beleives that you should treat others how you want to be treated. But I've been working at this factory until school starts again and the supervisor is just awful.
I always keep getting in trouble for no reason even though i put 100% effort into everything I do. He says I talk too much. There was this one job where I had to count all day, so I can't count and talk at the same time. But I got pulled from that job to another because, a lady told me that the supervisor said that I was talking too much. And I don't look like anyone else, so he couldn't have mistaken me for someone else.
Now he seems to just want everyone to be miserable. he doesn't want ANYONE to talk whatsoever. Obiously you shouldn't talk to much but if you are packing things it should be okay to chitchat with your partner as long as you are getting the work done. But I feel like I'm working in a sweat shop, not a factory!
Other people such as myself are getting in trouble for ridiculous things. But the owner of the company's son who works ther who is my age and his girl friend and few friends he brought to the job doesn't do SHIT. Fools around and does a half-ass job and they don't get any talking to when they're the ones who should.
When they work with us, the supervisor doesn't even come to us. But when they are not working with us, he comes over and surveys us working like a shark in a pool.
And among other things he's done, I decided that on my last day of work, I will go to his office and just lay everything to him. How he's been such an asshole to everyone, etc. Everyone said that I shouldn't do it, but really everyone's been thinking the same thing and no one is saying anything. I'm trying this new thing where I don't hold grudges, so that means I need to let it out. Plus it would be doing everyone a favour too.
I need someone else's point of view from this website. Maybe I do need job next summer, but it doesn't have to be here. But I'm just working here for now because I get a solid 40hrs every week.

Hey, this guy really liked me for a couple months and i didnt find out til a month ago. When i did all his friends starting flirting with me and wanting me for themselves. Then i got into a fight with this popular girl ( im one of them ) and shes trying to make them ask me out and dump me so that i come crying to her to say sorry. Let me tell you something i like this guy which i think is a good guy, he just acts like he is cool and insults people all the time. And he is trying as hard as he can to make my life a living hell too. Im starting to really hate him. and Im the number one person on his "people i hate" list. If i were you i would tell the brat to mined her own business and get lost. This alway happens to me even if I do stand up and show how angry I am it's like all of that is invisible. On friday at lunch all I got was half a chicken finger and a sip if tea, all the rest of my lunch was stolen by everyone. And they knew I didn't have breakfast and wouldn't be home till 8:00 that night. One of them started bothering me about this random guy that she thinks I like and is embarassing both him and I about it. Im at that age where telling a teacher puts you at the bottom of the food chain a d you look like a complete idiot. How do I deal with this? Thanks.

You have to show people that you're not the type of a person to play around with its one chose another is you can just be honest. Tell your friends that take food from you to get their own cause you have to get your batteries full since you're coming home late. The girl that bothers you tell her to stop it and go embarrass someone else.
The same thing happen to me. There was this guy i did not know and kids kept trying to make me like him and be a sucker like the rest of them. Trying to get him and me hold hands. Seriously! I didn't even know the guy. SO one day it was getting so annoying and i got pissed so i screamed on top of my lungs telling them to leave us alone cause the guy hated it 2. That's when it stopped. I'm not asking you to do the same you just have to know a way to put them in their place and mind their own business. So you can either be mean and thell them to back off. or you can just be honest with them and tell what you feel.

You can start a conversation by just asking him random questions.Like what was the homework or what time is it. You have to make him notice you. Be loud and raise your hand more in class. I like this guy and lets just say we hate each other and that we insult each other a lot that's how i know he notices me. I actually find him staring at me. So just try to make him notice you. You can actually google and search how you can be more noticeable

I am a girl and i am 13. If you want someone to notice you you have to be noticeable as in loud. Raise your hand a lot in class. ask her random questions. small talk. Be funny. I am telling you this will wark like a charm. If you don't talk or raise your hand in class or start mini talks you will be invisible. And try sitting closer to her.

there are many ways a guy can react. If you don't want things to be awkward than you should try and get to know him better like tease him or make fun of him or just be friends. keep your friends close and you're enemies closer. If you text him and he doesn't know you than he would think like who are you how did you get my number or don't text me again and probably block you. He might think you're a stoker. The guy i liked i was really mean to him teased him hit him play around and then i got his number somehow and texted it wasn't weird at all trust me. Today a new student came to our school. I like him, but like we literally just met. I like another guy, who i've liked for 4 years -- both of them make me laugh(Even the new student). I don't know who to like. I don't want fo like both, because it just makes me feel weird. Help!!!
i am sure everyone had this kind of a problem including me. My advice to you would be to wait and see. Know both guys and wait and see which one your more attracted too. But be careful, there are players out there and they will just brake your heart. I know how you feel trust me i had the same problem but then i saw that one of the guys i liked only cared about himself and was a cry baby, literally! He cried because he got in trouble. I'm in 7th grade and not the most popular person but this guy that is staring me is one of the most popular boys in my grade. He's only in one class of mine and he sits across the room from me. I see him staring at me at least twice a day. I have only talked to him once for about an hour, but it was on facebook...And it was a year ago. I know he's not staring at something behind me because we meet eyes quite often in the hall for a short time. Hey weird coincidence. I am in seventh grade and have related problem. There is a guy in my school that i think i like. He's popular and i'm not. He's always mean to me and i see him staring at me through the corner of my eye more then two or three times a day. I'm not sure he likes me since he says and does some mean things buts that's what i think.
If you want just go and talk to him more. If he is mean he probably likes you or if he acts different, he probably likes you.
I would do the same but in my case its a little different.

I'm a 10th grader so a sophomore in high school (a private high school) and only 3 or 4 people like me in the whole school (its a VERY small school) I notice that a large group of people (the popular people) whisper to other people about me when they see me. I don't know what ther'ye saying, but i can tell that they're talking about me because they look and me and laugh when they do it. Is this considered bullying or not? How should i handle this? I already have way low self esteem and I know that's bad but I don't know how to get a higher self esteem... It makes me feel really bad and I often go home and cry in my bedroom about it I've told my mom and she just said that I need to ignore it...and I've tried but it seems that there is no way I can ignore it. Please I need help. I don't know if I can confront them i'm also very shy and scared... :(
1 yes You are being bullied i had that last year but you can live through. If you have friends do the same about them. laugh about them and make them actually believe it. or if you don't want to be mean i guess all you have have to do is ignore them there is not much you can do if your nice.

but as far as relationships go. and friend ships how do i stop being a push over? how can i toughen up and stop letting people walk all over me? my dad my mom and sister always tell me im to nice and people treat me the way they do because i allow it. and that nice people finish last, but how can i stop being who i am? my grandma always tough me to treat people the way i want to be treated but that doesn't work. People at school always beg and take my school supplies and they beg for my food. These girls in almost all of my classes talk about me for no reason, and I havent done anything wrong. I'm nice to everybody. Every single day there's a kid in all of my classes asking me for paper and pencils. Some people just talk about me to my face for no reason and call me ugly and their friends laugh at it. I always sit in class quiet because I dont want people bothering me. I dont think I can just stop being sensitive, Im one of those people that care about what people say about me. People always talk about me face and I just cant ignore it.Some people even take things out of my pocket, when they don't ask, and I don't say anything. If I dont give them what they want they will be mean and talk about me, it bothers me cuz im sensitive and might cry later on. I don't want people to hate me or try to fight me if I say no or tell an adult. Most of the kids in my first 2 classes cheat off of me, I hate almost all of my classes and I think i'm starting to hate school. Kids at school are just rude to me for no reason and I feel lonely all the time
ok i understand what your going through i went through it 2. If you don't want to end up with mean cheaters and fighters first observe every student in your class and see who is nice and not mean or a cheater. 2 if you don't want to feel like your getting stepped on just toughen up i went through this in 3 grade, i remember what kids did to me in school i cried a lot then i said i wont let this happen again so i observed student in my class if they were mean to me i had hatred in my guts and i looked really mean i speak mean to people who were mean 2 me and nice to people who were nice 2 me. toughen up by remembering what kids did 2 you and feel hatred. say something about them no one is perfect. and don't be afraid to tell the teachers if you are then kids will bully you all the time trust me every time they did something bad to you tell the teachers don't be afraid. if they call you ugly i will give you some tips on how to get better.
1. dress good, don't put 2 many clothing just a simple t-shirt and pants. check in the internet what people dress like and try to look like that.
2. if you can put some make up on if you cant then try to look beautiful, like some people have a good smile or great eyes figure out what is so special about you.
3. fix your hair do some cool styles or check in the internet. this is the best advice i can give you.
this really helped me at school nxt year everyone started to respect me and it was a awesome year.
