So there's this guy I like. I didn't like him last year, but we used to talk a lot like every day and eventually I started to like him. The problem is now he liked this other girl and he told me, so I was kind of mad. Now they're mad at each other and he keeps talking to me and this sort of started from last year, whenever we say goodbye we end it with love ya. So what do I do, should I tell him I like him? Or will he just think I'm kidding? Or is it wrong to tell him when he just liked that girl? (link)

Be completely honest with him . If he thinks your kidding then he is obviously not very serious about a relationship . It isn't wrong to like someone if they like or liked someone else . Other people might see it differently . But the way I see it is , if you just be honest with him and tell him how you feel ..You never know , he might just feel the same way . You'll never know if you don't take a chance (:

It's normal to be scared about your first kiss , so don't think your the only one who has had this problem . Blushing and laughing while hugging him , in a way is a sign that you do like him .
Don't feel like you have to rush into anything . Take your time , when the time is right .. You'll kiss . Don't get to stressed (:
