Hey all! I'm 15, almost 16 *August 5th* and I go to Utica High School. It's a decent school, but living in Michigan is a downer seeing as we have the most sporadict weather ever. But, I still love it. I wouldn't move if I had the chance. =) Anywho, I love Forensics, It's my biggest hobby I probably have. And no, it isn't CSI or any of that stuff, it's Competitive Speech, but not like debate. I do the drama portion of it. Haha. I also love to sing. It's my dream to grow up and sing for a band for be solo, far fetched, but I can dream dammit! I like anybody who can make me laugh, and hate people who are 'stuck up' and 'serious' all the time. People need to learn to let loose, you know? I'm also a Christian, because God is effin' cool. He's cooler than you, remember that. Also, highschoolers really need to remember : "Save yourself for the one God saved for you." There are so many sluts in my school, it isn't even funny. Rather sad if you ask me. Other than that, I'm a pretty normal teen.

OK, so yesterday me and this girl got into a fist fight in the hallway and it started with like 4 people watching, but quickly it turned to like 30 people or more.....I'm not joking!!!!!So the girl scratched my face up and pulled my hair and made me look all torn up and I didnt make her look that bad....(I threw a couple good punches in the stomach). We spent the whole day in detention. Now everybody is saying how I lost the fight and how the girl tore me up, but really, i think nobody won. People in my school are so mean to me. (P. S. I go to Jr. High school in N.Y., so its madd tough)Well I just need to know what to say to these people before they torment me 4 ever. it really matters to me.~!~~~ plz help.

today has been the worst day of my life. Ok, so i've liked this guy for over a year and i found out that my (one of my best friends) is moving in on him. She's after him and i think he likes her. she knows i like him, but doesn't care. My other best friends says we cant be best friends anymore. Everything is ruined at school for me now, what am isuposed to do? HELP

Okay my little sister asbolutely refuses to go to school she wants to drop out thing is shes not 16 is there anyway she can drop out before shes 16? My parents and I have tryed everything even bribing her to go to school and it doesnt work. So is there anyway she can drop out before shes 16? If so please explain in details. Im really worried for my sister and its hurting my parents bad because they dont want to get in trouble. Thanks!

You can phsyically force her into school, but that just causes drama. Here is what you do. Call the schools police officer, I can't remember the exact name, but call them and have them drag her out of bed, and trust me, they can and will do it. That'll get the brat to school.

I was really good friends with this girl named madeline.... today she came up to me and punched me in the face in school(i still am in school right now) for no reason at all! I fell on the ground and didn't hit her back! I should of (well i think so at least) And i didn't! Should i of went after her or did i do the right thing by not hitting her back?

You did the right thing. The old cliche "two wrongs don't make a right" applys here. By hitting her back, you could have ruined everything between the two of you. Meaning, SHE'D have to apologize in order to be friends agian and you wouldn't.

Maybe you should ask what caused the anger-induced punch-maybe she misunderstood something you did? It'd be best to figure out what you did...before you do anything else, and plead your case. If you don't believe you did anything wrong, ask her what the hell is her problem, and tell her she needs a more mature way to exert her anger, rather than flipping out on you.

there's this guy who i've met at school and we're getting really close. we like eachother but we didnt start dating... yet.

well his parents and grandparents died and he really doesn't have a permenant home, he just goes wherever and is constantly out on his own. he doesn't really have anyone to support him and buy him clothes and stuff

but im afraid if i date him, my parents will not approve because we've always been brought up from good homes and families. it doesnt bother ME at all but my parents always look down upon "poor" people. also, what should i do/say to him? he doesnt know that i know. i feel bad. should i offer anything? help! thanks

No. Don't offer anything. I'm sure he wouldn't want a rich girl,feeling sorry for him. Espeically one he likes, because he'll think you don't like him that way, you were only feeling sorry for him.

Thing is, you can't really do anything about him. Let him be his own person, and date who you wants, you 'rents aren't there to down every guy you day, espically based on if he is 'poor'.

My dad got a job in San Antonio, Texas. I'm EXTREMELY happy!!!!! But the thing is, in a way, I don't want to move. I live in Central Pennsylvania, so its definitely a big move. I know I can't stop my rents from moving. But, I'm just going to miss my whole life. I grew up here, I'm going to have to start all over. Is this normal?

Of course it's normal. No one wants to pick up a good life, with friends and family around them, and then move to a strange new town, surronded by people they don't know. It's very normal.

But, you'll make new friends, as clice as that sounds, you will. And you'll love them just as much as you will your old ones.

You'll love it in San Antonio, love the nice warm weather! You'll make lots of friends, and probably go to a nice school, plus Texans have great accents!!

One day me and my friends were hangin out and this gurl came up to me and smiled. WEll that day she hung out with us. The next day at lunch she sat by me and we talked. the next few weeks we got closer. And we started to kiss and go out. Well one of my friends likes her and i dont want to hurt him. Are you willing to lose your bestfriend, who you've probably longer than this girl, over 1 girl? I'm sure he'd be more hurt, if you left him, then she would, if you left her.

Thing is, you have to talk to this girl. Ask her who she likes-you- or your friend. It seems kinda odd, that she'd go after you, then go after your best friend. But, you never know, she could be really good friends with your bestfriend. You have to talk to her and ask her if she likes you, like that. And than ask you friend to ask her if she likes you friend like that. And if she says yes to both questions, than both of you should forget about her because thats kinda slutty, if ya ask me.

Just have good communication, and have a nice chat with this girl, and ask her what is going on.

Thats really bad if you kiss/makeout with someone who already has a girlfriend. It could cause him to feel guilty, and maybe get into trouble with his girl, which is totally mean.

My Bf is really shy around me..if I try to talk to him or something he just kind gives me a thumbs up..i don't know if he just to shy to say something back or hes just doesn't care..I like him alot!! What do I do?

I do the thumbs up all the time. He is probably trying to be cute. You should probably tell him that you don't understand while he'll give you the thumbs up everytime you utter a word.

Let him know-Communication is key. You need to let him know something is bothering you, and that you do like him a lot.

Go up to him tomorrow and be like "*Insert name here* How are you? Anthing new?" Ask him something that hey cannot give you a thumbs up sign for.

Turns out, he could be shy. Some people are like that. When I first got with my boyfriend, I was mega shy around him, because we took our friendship to the next level, which was, ya' know-Weird.

He's probably just nervous to be around you, like, he dosn't want to say something stupid to you. (You know how boys can be)

I wouldn't worry about it to much, he just needs time to get used to haveing you as his girlfriend. Don't worry he'll come around.

Okay im a freshmen and I hate my new high school its Waterford Kettering in Michigan and I miss all my old friends including my best friend who I am so close to and I miss her so much and im goin through a lot because of it and this whole thing just sucks I started smoking, stealing and cutting again n I don’t wanna but im so depressed about other things too. I could go to Waterford Mott where she is but I don’t have a ride home…I live w/ my mom and my dad lives in Mott territory but they said the buses are “too full and its not guaranteed” or something stupid like that so now I can’t go. My question is does anyone in this advice thing go to Waterford Mott? And if so I really need a ride home…I’d be willing to pay or whatever I just need to go to Mott before I do something stupid. Everything’s just so fucked up n I can never stop crying. I need help. Or does anyone live in Rivers Edge Apartments? Cuz that’s where my dad lives.

omg , ok . hi , ok im 14yrs. old and i hav a frend whos 18 named mike . ok he's not in school nemoa and he graduated and he's goin to miami tomorow and invited me to go and a few othr ppl , but im so scared cuz what if i get caught skipping and if my parents find out . i dono what to do . it sounds so much fun tho . help!!!!!

Oh, I can only imagine! Miami! Beautiful city! So much fun! Right? Well, think of it this way, in that day of school, you could miss something things to learn that could help you the rest of your life. If your parents find out, they may never trust you agian, and probably ban you from ever seeing Mike agian, which you don't want. Just pass it up, you'll have more chances to hang out with Mike, that won't get you in trouble with your parents.
