I'm sure you've heard from sex ed. teachers, parents, etc. that when you start your period it means your body is physically ready to start having sex and making babies. But they will usually tell you that you won't be mentally ready for a lot longer.
Do you really want to take the risk of not being physically or mentally ready? If so, then go for it I guess. It's your body and your choice. But I would think long and hard about it if I were you.
And yes, i'm sure you will still get your period later on.

So everytime my boyfriend tries to finger me it hurts. Is there anyway to make it stop? Any suggestions from anyone? Or comments if this has happened to you? I also don't think it's because I'm not wet enough it just hurt when he pushes on a certain spot. Well thanks if you can help!
That "certain spot" may be your G-spot. It shouldn't really hurt if he pushes on it. If your well lubricated, your fine. Just ask him to lighten up a little while he's doing it. Just say "that kind of hurts".

hey, well recently ive been experiencing blood in my underwear. this is about day 5 of it. no, its not my first period. that already happened for me. its not enough blood to be a regular monthly period, plus i already had that this month. i know that girls periods are irregular, but trust me, ive gotten my period two times in a month before and its nothing as little as this. im aware that you bleed from sex (im not sure how many days after it keeps bleeding), but im pretty sure that im a virgin unless i got raped in my sleep or something. the first day that this started i hadnt seen my boyfriend in about 4 days (i was in trouble). so im just wondering what are you advicenators imputs on this?
If it smells normal then you shouldn't worry. After a girl's period, she spots. That's probably what your experiencing. Even if it is light though, I reccommend wearing a light pad, or pantiliner depeding on how heavy your flow is.

im a virgin and i know sex is going to hurt. is there anyway i can break my hymen so that it wouldnt hurt as much? or would that even help? or what can i do so that it wont hurt as much?
First of all know that sex doesn't always hurt. If you are well lubricated, relaxed, and not too nervous, discomfort is what you'll feel. Not pain. On the other hand, if you are tense and nervous, the vagina opening will be that much smaller and that much harder to break through. If you aren't lubricated, friction will occur and it will hurt like a bitch. No matter what.
When the hymen breaks, there is a little pain, and sometimes a little blood. I try not to put losing your virginity and breaking your hymen under the same category though, because if your hymen has already been ripped, sex can still be painful or vice versa. To put things simply, ripping your hymen before sex does get rid of some discomfort, but not all of it together. Using tampons, masturbating or being fingered, strenuous exercise, and a number of other things can contribute to your hymen ripping though, so don't narrow it down to just sex/sexual things. I don't reccommend trying to rip your own hymen, because it's hard to tell if you already have or not if you don't know what they look like to begin with. (Which would be hard to explain.) Just don't worry about it though. Like I said, if your relaxed and well lubricated your first time (I wasn't.=\) then it won't be that bad.

If you're fourteen and had unprotected sex do you think your fine? If someone asked you this question, what would you honestly say to them? You would say no, you aren't fine. Wouldn't you?
Like I tell many, getting pregnant isn't as easy as parents and sexual education teachers want you to think. But statistically if you have unprotected sex you will get pregnant. It may not be the first time, it may not be the 20th time, but it will happen eventually. And the risk of you becoming pregnant is high, and so is the risk of catching an STD.

okay this is particularly aimed at blacks but the white community is welcome for their imput.We were just talking about assimilation in the black community and assimilation is making oneself like a nother race.Our teacher feels that perming hair and other things we do in the black community is taking away from what we really are.He believes that we make ourselves like european culture because that's what we feel is beatiful.Now if a women with an afro came into a predominatly black school- she would be teased,right?So basically i am asking what do we as a race find beautiful?IS it permed hair or natural hair?whatever! what is beautiful in our eyes?
If a white person straightens or perms her hair, does that mean she's trying to be like a different race? I don't think so. So why say if a black person perms her hair it means she's trying to be another race? That's dumb, especially in this century.

Im 16 days late from my period. I had sex with this guy on january7th. He brouhgt me a pregnancy test and i took it. I know it says that even if the positive sign is the slightiest bit noticable then you are probly pregant. the line going like this - was completely pink then the bottom line of the positive sign was completely pink and the top part of the positive sign was light pink. And the line in the control window showed out how its supposed too.
Soo my question is does it sound like im pregnant and the test worked?

Your description of the pregnancy test confuses me a little bit; so i'm not saying "that means you are/aren't pregnant". I will say this, though it is unlikely, you CAN get false positives on those tests. Just for future reference. Wait about 2 more weeks, and take another test. Preferably one with a "pregnant" or "not pregnant" read dial.

I know how many people feel about witchcraft, wicca and voodoo and those people who are truly against it I don't want to hear from you I just want the people who have experimented with it to tell me more about it in detail. Anything you can tell me is helpful to me.
I currently don't know what I am. I believe in God, I believe he is good and powerful. However I don't believe everything in the Bible, and I have a different interpretation of what God is. There for a while I got "religiously confused." I lost faith, and realized that there are so many religions out there; I had no clue until I started doing a little research. It just so happens, that Wicca happened to be one that really caught my eye and caused interest in me.
When I first looked into the religion, it scared my mom. So I actually just kind of dropped the whole ordeal all together and decided there was many more religions out there to look in that may suit me better. I have decided that I have never liked to be labeled, so why do I have to have a labelized religion? Why can't I just believe in God, love Him, and pray to Him without neccessarily being labeled a Christian and going to church? I don't really call myself anything.

I dont want any stuff like "omg you're wayy to young" "wait a year" because i dont wanna hear it.
So heres the deal, me and my boyfriend have been together for 7 months. tonight we tried having sex for the first time, notice the word tried. We arent allowed to in the first place so it was a little hard. He brought a condom. So we made out did foreplay, that kind of stuff, foreplay was rushed, we had a limited amount of time. He put the condom on and his penis started like geting unerected. So we were sitting there trying to get it into me. Didnt work. So he takes the condom off and I give him head again. He puts the condom on. And his penis get unerected. Well, this happened 3 times all together and by then I was pissed. So his penis wouldnt go in, I wasnt wet enough, and it kept getting unerected.
So my questions are...
Is this normal?
Has this happened to anyone before?
Why do you think it did that?

I'm sure the fact you were both rushed, scared to death because of this being the first time, and worried about something going wrong played big factors in why he kept losing his erection. Don't let it bother you. If you still decide you both want this, try making the first time a little more special. Wait until your both alone, free of unwanted visitors, and allow time for more foreplay. This should help ease the nerves a little, and allow for a better first time.

okay, my mom just told me that im getting a shot that prevents cervical cancer, and i decided to look online and see what it was.
i have had sex before and im under 18 years old, and they said that some signs of cervical cancer are:
Abnormal vaginal bleeding or a significant unexplained change in your menstrual cycle.
Bleeding when something comes in contact with your cervix, such as during sexual intercourse or the insertion of a diaphragm.
Pain during sexual intercourse.
Abnormal vaginal discharge containing mucus that may be tinged with blood.
and ive had those happen to me. it really freaked me out, and im scared if i have it.
what do i say to the doctor? my parents cannot know ive had sex! i would be murdered. has anyone had this before??

Don't scare yourself just yet. I think your just being paranoid. When you go to the doctor, tell him/her that you've experienced some of the symtoms that were described on some information you found. He'll probably ask you some more questions, or do an examination to rid yourself of the worries. Your parents don't need to know that you've been sexually active; so don't let that stop you from asking.

I had sex a few days ago, and now I think I might have a urinary tract infection or something of that sort. Do the two go together or could this be something else? It burns a little when I pee, but nothing else seems to be wrong and I'm just worried.

I doubt that having sex caused your infection, I guess it's possible, but I don't think it is. If the burning pee is the only thing your experiencing, don't worry about it until more symptoms start occuring.

If you have sex the last day of your period and the day after you get off what are the chances of pregnancy? We didn't use any protection and I am not on birth control. Also, he didnt pull out. Please answer soon.
Do you want to be pregnant? I'm asking this because not only did you allow a boy to ejaculate in you with no protection what so ever, but you didn't know if the chances of you getting pregnant were high or slim. The possibility of you getting pregnant probably isn't that high, because you had sex on your period. The fact remains the same that you could be pregnant though- & the odds are higher with you than those on birth control. If you don't want to be pregnant, find out this information before allowing a boy to shoot his load into you with no protection.

Yes; i know that having both is ideal. and yes i know that BC doesnt stop STD's or anything; im just curious...
and also; do you still have your period while taking birth control? or is it stopped?
I'm on the pill. So all my advice is based on my experiences with the pill and what I know about it. My advice may not be accurate for the patch, female condom, etc.
You can have sex without a condom and still be protected from pregnancy AFTER you've been taking the pill for at least 1 month. And whether or not you have a period at all completely depends on what kind of birth control you get put on. With some BC, you may have a regular period, a period once every 3 months, or with others, no period at all. It all depends.
