The doctor can't tell if you've been fingered, no. But he can tell if your hymen has been ripped.
And no, there is no way to tell if you've been eaten out.

their not goign to be able to tell because it could easily be that your wearing a tampon. unless you have a urinary infection.. then they would probably guess that it had somethign to do with thatt. but the doctor isn't going to be able to tell unless they look down there anyway :) no they can't tell if you've been snacked on either (another term for being eaten out)
