What do you do when a guy you've liked for a long time rejects you when you tell him you love him, but when he gets a girlfriend (AND IS CHEATING ON HER WITH ANOTHER GIRL), he hits on you? One of my close friends did a similar thing. Pretty much h this guy wants to have his cake and eat it to. I would straight up tell him it is very rudeforhim to play around with your feelings Ike that. Your heart is not a game and doesn't deserve that this guy leads all girls on. If he can't even stay faith full to his current gf that brings questions of lieing, cheating. No respect. And discust.
