it operates on windows 7. I've tried going to control panel, and where it's supposed to say 'appearance and personalization' and instead it just says 'appearance' and there is no way to change it that way. I have also tried clicking on images and hitting 'set as background', it asks me if I'm sure, I confirm and it still doesn't happen. Neither does right clicking on my desktop, it offers me a number of options to personalize but none have to do with changing the background. any ideas?

Step 1: Go to www.google.com.
Step 2: Type whatever gay thing you want as your background in the search bar.
Step 3: Go to the image search and pick out what picture you like.
Step 4: Right-click the picture and select "save-as" and save it to your desktop to make it easy to find.
Step 5: You can leave the name the way it is, or name it "gay horse porn" or whatever makes you happy.
Step 6: Locate the picture on your desktop and open it.
Step 7: Right-click the picture in the viewer and select "set as desktop background".
Step 8: Celebrate in whatever way you do.
