"People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone." - Audrey Hepburn

I came to this site for advice about a man and love. That very question turned my entire world around and I have had my eyes opened to things I never noticed before.

I've stayed here so that I can share the knowledge I do have. I know I'm not changing the world but I do hope that I spark others to open their eyes.

"The only thing to do with good advice is pass it on. It is never any use to oneself." - Oscar Wilde

So, if you learn something from what I say then repeat it to someone else who can use it.

I hope that if you see an answer of mine that you enjoy it will inspire you to go out of your way to give good, solid information. Provide links for further information, detail your responses, encourage people to seek out professionals when it's needed, and stop sugar-coating responses and just say the truth.

I hope that even if you absolutely hate my answer that it'll kick start your brain. Hopefully you'll begin taking your time to respond instead of hurried answers that are useless to an already confused person.

How do you make your stomach more toned?
-What foods do you eat?
-What exercises do you do?
I have a fat roll that i dont like and i want my stomach flatter.

You don't eat a lot of sugar or carbs. You eat more well-balanced than anything. Check out the basic food pyramid for what that actually entails.

http://www.food-faq.net/food/food_pyramid.gif

There is no food that is going to magically make you burn calories in your midsection. These acai people or whatever you've seen will tell you anything for you to buy their product. There is no miracle food that will make you slim and trim overnight.

As for exercises, any will do, really. Your body burns calories from all over. The muscle tone will build where it needs to build--which is what will lead to the toning of your stomach.

I do suggest crunches (not sit-ups) and running but, like I'm saying, anything will do, really. You could do jumping jacks or jump rope for an hour each day and get some results, most likely.

It's all about burning calories. You burn at least as much as you put into your body. You put only good foods into your body so the body is clean and functions at it's best. It's a big process--not something you can just randomly pinpoint, you know?

Make some changes.

Eat healthy. Make a daily diet plan of healthy foods that are well-balanced.

Do exercise every day. Whatever you love to do. Seriously!

Measure yourself once a month. Take the measuring tape and check about how big your midsection is. In a month, if you've kept up with the healthy eating and regular exercise, you're bound to see results. Weighing yourself isn't going to work as well--to get TONED you need MUSCLE. And, oddly enough, muscle weighs more than fat! So, get that tape measure out and toss away the scale ;)
