What do i need to start my acting career? i am dedicated and passionate and i will stick with this career. how do i start and what do i need? Do i need to move to LA or CA? (I live in florida.) do i need an agent, if so who? do i need a permit?

I think if the first place you went to for advice on such a serious topic was this website, you'll never make it as an actress. I don't think you just start a career as an actress like one would start their boring 9 to 5 office job. I think you either need obscene amounts of natural ability (rare) or years of schooling (less rare). I don't think some experience and other people agreeing that you're good is going to cut it. I'm sure you can find an acting school in your home town that can at least start you in the right direction for now if you're not old enough yet for classes. They can probably point you toward auditions for little things for the time being, a lot of actors actually started out with little parts in commercials. So good luck with that!
