im trying to lose 10 pounds
so for the past 3 weeks ive been working out reallllllly hard and eating well and whatever. anyways over the weekend my friends were in town and so of course we ate out at like every meal whatevvv so i felt really bad and fat after that. so after they left i got back on track and for the last 4 days ive been doing really well but tonight i ended up binging. well i felt like shit ive been doing all this hard work for me to just binge again? and i made myself throw up for like 30 minutes. i never want to do this again! i feel bad that i even did it. i dont have a eating disorder. but i was just curious how do you know when all your food is out of your stomach? cause after awhile iwas just puking up little bits of brown and i just wanted to make sure i wasnt puking up my stomach or anything?? Do not get yourself into the Bulimic crap, One of the many illnesses these days is Bulimia exspecially with Pre-Teen and Teenagers.

Bulimia causes liver problems, Weight loss, Heart failure, Organ disfunction etc. STOP NOW while you still can. If you exercise excessively it can cause joint problems, lack of mobility, diminished performance / it's harder to move, stress/ strains/ tears in the soft tissue, cartilage deterioration, damage to disks, and all other structural injuries. I'm not saying do not exercise but maintaining a healthy excercise schedule is important as well as a healthy diet. If you feel you are overweight and need to loose weight do it the right way because if you go down the bulimic road you've got a long dark road laying ahead of you and not only dark but it could be deadly as well.

i know! ive probably been working out too hard thats why ive binged but i relaly dont want to do the whole puking thing i only did it once and i dont wanta do it againn. i just wanted to know if i had puked everything out because i was puking up little brown stuff i wasnt sure if it was food or if it was my stomachhh but i wont do it again lol im just gonna stay healthy..
