Im 23 now and now I have a severe stomache problem to where I cant keep any food down and have to have a feeding tube. I cant go out with friends. I cant even eat a strawberry. Is being skinny and bony mean more to you than having friends. Be happy that you can eat. A friend of mine just got into one of the best agencies in the world 2 days ago, and she is a size 14 and doing runway that is not plus size. I'm supposed to be a singer and had to turn down a record deal because I decided to binge and purge, and now I cant even hardly get out of bed. What kind of life do you want fro yourself? You are the only one who tells yourself that you are not good enough. [ palmbebe86's advice column | Ask palmbebe86 A Question ]
BahaiMa22 answered Friday March 27 2009, 3:13 pm: Do not get yourself into the Bulimic crap, One of the many illnesses these days is Bulimia exspecially with Pre-Teen and Teenagers.
Bulimia causes liver problems, Weight loss, Heart failure, Organ disfunction etc. STOP NOW while you still can. If you exercise excessively it can cause joint problems, lack of mobility, diminished performance / it's harder to move, stress/ strains/ tears in the soft tissue, cartilage deterioration, damage to disks, and all other structural injuries. I'm not saying do not exercise but maintaining a healthy excercise schedule is important as well as a healthy diet. If you feel you are overweight and need to loose weight do it the right way because if you go down the bulimic road you've got a long dark road laying ahead of you and not only dark but it could be deadly as well. voodoopoison answered Friday March 27 2009, 9:44 am: This is a big HELL NO! You need to binge, it is good for the body and for your soul. Making yourself throw because "you feel guilty" will cause a lot of problems and soon you will be wrapped up into punishing yourself that way. Just work out harder the next day and compensate what you ate the night before. Bulimia is something not to be messed with and it can/will cause severe physical, mental and emotional problems. I will not answer how you can tell there is no food in your stomach, you would know if there is no more food left in your stomach. Do NOT get wrapped up into that Bulimia crap, it will only hurt you in the long run. As I said once before, it is okay to binge once in awhile, it is good to. Just work out extra hard the next day to compensate what you ate the night or day before. [ voodoopoison's advice column | Ask voodoopoison A Question ]
