hey my eyeliner always smears like within an hour after i put it on for some reason... without even touching it AT ALL.

i dont have oily skin under my eyes and ive tried putting on powder underneath and over the eyeliner, and ive tried a lot of different kinds of eyeliners.

how do i prevent it from smearing??? is ther any type of eyeliner that i can buy that wont smear at all whatsoever????? thanks!!

I had this problem for a while too. I would end up looking like a raccoon! You can buy something called "she-laq" by benefit cosmetics from sephora which is a sealant you can put over your makeup so it doesn't smear. It is kind of expensive, but it lasts a while. That's what i used for a while until i found this eye liner at rite aid of all places that says it lasts 24 hours and actually does last all day for me, at least better than all the others. The brand is "Styli-Style." It works really well.
