I am a 29/f that loves to listen and try to help out. I have always been the one people go to for advice.

I will tell you how I feel about it. If you don't like my answer, I'm sorry. However, usually what I say is true, people just can't handle the truth.

Literally. I can eat anything for as long as I want. Now, it's not that I'm gaining weight, i'm not. It's just that I really stuff my self until I have an aweful stomache ache and feel like puking. How can I control these terrible cravings? I hate the feeling of being so full you just feel like sleeping, it makes me feel terrible! Please help!

One of the things that could possibly work for you would be to eat a few times more a day. You are suppose to eat at least 3 times a day. However, when you have a high metabolism it helps to eat 5 times a day. If you eat more healthy foods, it will be easier on your stomach. Try eating fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats, like tuna, fish or chicken. Also, make sure you chew each bite as throughly as possible (20-30 seconds each bite). By the time you get done chewing a little more than usual, your jaw gets tired and you do not want to eat anymore.
