I will tell you how I feel about it. If you don't like my answer, I'm sorry. However, usually what I say is true, people just can't handle the truth.

This is really embarrassing so please bear with me.
I have had a big bump (the size of a bean) on my butthole for a great while now. When I go poo, it hurts really bad because my poo is kind of big and it irritates the bump. It's hard to wipe myself because of how much it hurts. Also, it started out as a small thing. I do not think it could be any type of herpes since I have never had sex. Sometimes when I go to the bathroom, it even bleeds a little. If anyone knows what this might be, or how I could get rid of it, please help.

In addition to the other advice that you were given, I would suggest finding a product called Tucks pads.Tucks are a God send.

I hate to be so personal since my name is one this, but after having vaginal births twice, I have had my fair share of what I call them now as "roids". Believe me they are painful, annoying and embarrassing all at once.

Also, witch hazel helps to alleviate the tenderness as well. If they become to bothersome, you can always have them surgically removed. Feel better soon.
