ok well when i work out to this thing called hip hop abs, its a dancing workout film. i sometimes get pressure in my head. It's only when i do some of the moves in the video though. WHen i asked my sister if she go that too she said she didn't. And now i feel like there is still a bit of pressure in my head and i feel a bit light headed Is there something wrong with me??? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

My advice is to seek a doctor's opinion above all advice here.
It could be just that you are not hydrated. Good rule of thumb is, if you aren't peeing clear then you are not hydrated.
Water is good but sports drinks with electrolytes are better, especially when you are working up a good sweat. I know when I'd run my five miles a day without drinking enough, I'd get an awful headache.
It could also be you are just out of shape.
