about

I am a 29/f that loves to listen and try to help out. I have always been the one people go to for advice.

I will tell you how I feel about it. If you don't like my answer, I'm sorry. However, usually what I say is true, people just can't handle the truth.

advice

I just created a second e-mail address using msn but my new emial address is @hotmail.com and my old one is @msn.com. What's the difference? and can I change my new one to msn.com too?

MSN and Hotmail are the same service with different domain names. Now, they have added a new one to their ever extending list: live. So, now you have the choice of being blank@hotmail.com, blank@msn.com, and blank@live.com. Boy, why do they need so many? Sheesh.

Unfortunately, once you have an e-mail address, it cannot be changed. There is an option though, if you are wanting to combine the two, mail out an email to all the ones you want to have your new e-mail address to and delete the other one. Although, you can still try and make the other one the same. Say you have blank@msn.com and now you have blank1@hotmail.com, you can create another e-mail account for blank1@msn.com. Did that make sense?

I do believe with all three, you can still use msn messenger. So, that may be a plus. Good Luck!!
