advice

alright
so
i can carry people on my back across a field
even when they weigh 35 pounds more than me

im 5'6
and 143 lbs
(my weight changes alot)

would i be considered over weight?

give it to me straight
i dont mind!
thanks..

According to the BMI calculator, you have a BMI of 23.1. This is considered normal weight. A BMI of 25 or above is considered overweight. For someone who is 5'6", you would have to weigh 155 pounds pounds to reach a BMI of exactly 25.

But it varies for individual person-- for example, a lot of your weight could be muscle.
