Do you have any other adult with you? I don't think it is legal or wise to have that much responsibility for so many young children. The money is fair, but there should be at least two of you getting that amount for safety reasons.

As I mentioned, I babysitt downstairs while everyone else is upstairs. So...technically in that case I am a mother's helper. Their should be no legal complications or problems. If anything were to happen, and a child was hurt, then the person who's house I was at would be responsible.
