Hello,

thank you in advance for helping me

well.... there is this guy i really like and i might love... but we have known each other for our whole lifes. So you can say that we have grown up with each other. We use to be GREAT BEST FREINDS!!!:) And after my parents got a divorce we weren't best friends anymore but friends... after about 3 more years I found out that he really likes me but i didn't feel the same way then.... but another year later I like him and he liked me... but he has never had a girlfriend and he didn't want to ruin our relationship as bf and gf and friends! He is perfect... we are 1 month a part (I am older) but he is going into 7th and i am going into 8th... he is 100% dedicated to the Lord just as much as I am! I think that we are perfect. I know right it sounds like a dream come true.. but 2 months later we like each other again! but how can i go out with him if he doesn;t want to ruin our friendship?
please help

If you love some one you know, it isn't a maybe thing. If you were to go out and break up then there is a chance it would jeopardize your friendship. I've tried staying friends with guys I've dated and it doesn't always work to well. Talk to him, and explain how you feel, and tell him that you want to give a relationship a chance. If he really likes you then he should want the same things you do. I hope it works out for you.
