8th grade formal is friday! Well i just found out this girl has the same dress as me. And people always get us confused for some reason and now we have the same dress! any ideas on maybe how to make me look different. And my dress is a halter dress how should i wear my hair? i'm not really sure. I have curly brown hair its not thick i just have a lot of it. i can straighten it and pretty do what ever i want with it. But i'm just not sure what i want it to look like. my hair is longer though.. any ideas?

Well you could leave your hair curly but kinda sweep it up in an updo. You can find directions for how to do one in pretty much every 17 magezine every printed! Maybe you could ask this other girl how she plans to do HER hair, and then you could do something to the opposite effect?
As for your dress, you could buy acessories that really stand out (earrings, necklaces, etc..)
And with makeup, you should play up your best feature. If you have really vivid eye color, use a dramatic color on your eyes that would make them stand out. If it's your lips, use a really pretty color on them and tone everything else down.
