Hey Everyone!
My Names Tory I'm 15 years old and a freshman in highschool.
I really like riding horses,watching Grey's Anatomy (my favorite is Kate Walsh aka Addison),fashion, graphic design, and taking pictures. I'm pretty good with most computer, iPod, and Myspace things so if you ever need any help with those, feel free to ask me. I also know a lot about drama, particularly with small groups.

advice

[question#1]will i get a flat stomach and smaller thighs from this:

breakfast: special K cereal
lunch: hot pocket
snack: fruit/vegetable
supper: something not fatty
drinking plenty of water
doing like 300 situps everyday

[question#2]anybody know any THIGH excersices?

That deit will deff. help you get to a flat stomach.
but it will take a while and you wont see results right away,
and as for the thighs thing
i think doing leg lifts will help. and running maybe.
