For the sars I think you need to see a dermintoligist. For the huge pores, I suggest using a pore shrinking product, it can be found in shoppers drug mart.

You can shrink your pores yourself but I'm not sure how good that works. Make sure to to use cold water when you wash your face. Another way is to put mints in a bowl and put really hot water in it, the steam from it will shrink your pores.

These shrink your pores for a short term period, I never recorded how long it works for me so I can't really tell you. I hope you're not looking for something that shrinks your pores like really tight or gets rid of them because your pores can never shrink and stay like that forever or that will be unhealthy and impossible.
