I have a feeling that this guy, who knows I like him, might diss me in the middle of the school cafeteria... dont ask why i know this.
What should I do when this happens? Any tips?

and pleaseee don't tell me to confront him earlier or anything, i know the public humiliation is coming.

Honestly, act super confident. Don't let him see you break. Don't fire back at him. Don't cry.

Maybe stand there and listen to him, try to look bored with the situation, then when he's done, smirk at him and just ask "Are you done?" then walk away. Or something like that.

Maybe even giggle a little bit at him while he's talking. He'll think his plan is backfiring and start to feel embarassed. If you look like you're not bothered by him at all, he'll be the one that looks rediculous. If people ask you about it, say "his immaturity was a little pathetic, but I can't help feeling a little sorry for him". It shows YOU are the bigger person, and it will make him look like a petty little kid.
