ok well im doing the seventeen workout in the june issue and it says its a 15 minute workout but it only takes me 4 minutes and it makes me really mad because i dont no what im doing wrong help me

oh and i do exactaly what it says in workout

Keep doing it for fifteen minutes. Just do the exercises over as many times as it takes.
