I live in Harvey, Louisiana. Harvey is on the westbank of the New Orleans metro area, so yes I hate Katrina. But pretty much everything is okay now, it`s back to normal. advice

I want to have a sweet sixteen but nothing big (my parents wont let me cuz i already had a bat mitzvah). I also want some sort of dress code, and theme. What are some good themes? Don't say like take friends to an amusement park, because I want a party.

a black and white party them is awesome.. aghh it is fun for guys and gurls as well.. my freind recently had one and people went all out.. it is major fun

a hollywood theme party.. people dress up as movie stars and singers and all that good stuff

a mardi gras theme is awesome too

and 70's theme is uber fun too.. man i can go on forever.. haha
