heyy i'm andrea i was born in New York and i've lived there all my life. and yes i am very short but proud:-P i love singing acting and swimming, the sport of my life. i also like listening to music...rap, pop, rock, r&b, and country or whatever is on the radio. my friends and my family are the most important poeple to me and i love them soso much especially my younger sister Ashley(this was orginally her advice column but she gave it to me shes such a sweetie!)

I'm14 and i'm not crash dieting but i'm trying to tigheten up my tummy for the summer but the thing is i really don't want my breats to shrink what do i do to loose weight while avoiding that?

When you lose weight, it pulls the fat everywhere, not in just one area, including your breasts because their fat. I would suggest controlling the food you eat, but not go to crazy. Maybe just choosing one snack instead of two, or choosing an apple over a cookie.

Also, do ab workouts
