me and my boyfriend went to the movies he did nothing not even a hand on my lap people keep saying slow down wait for him but we went out in the past and wer kissed the the first week we have been going out for 4 weeks know and nothing

If you went out in the past then he is probably thinking that yall went wrong going to fast. So he may be trying not to make the same mistake twice.

If you don't think that yall went to fast in the past then I think you should tell him. So he will know.
