i'm doing a project on ghosts and i need to conclude my essay about the believer's and non-believer's views and i'm a bit stuck for ideas! i've written about a few perspective's but i need a few more.
so for what reasons would a person either believe or not believe in ghosts?
Any personal views or points in general would be a great help thank you :)

well, i dont know what you have written about, but ill throw some things out there for you, if you wanna help i have all mycontact info on my site...(im into the paranormal stuff lol)
For personal views...everyone is different.A lot of people think that is stupid and that is fine, but i believe in them a little, but i dont think i will be until i get good hard proof.
now for "reasons"... well, there is a tool, and EMF reader that reads energy. it picks up things from mechanics, and they are believe to be able to pick up a spirit.
so with that in mind...our body has energy, right? thats how doctors can tell when a person is dead or not right? when the blood stops pumping and you turn cold? Well, where does that energy go when someone dies? People believe that when they use an EMF reader and they get a ditection and they cant prove where the source is coming from, they determine it may be a spirit.
sometimes things happen that can be explained, but sometimes there arent. I think there is something else causing things.
There is also asomething called an EVP, electronic voice phenomina, where you are recording something and an unknown voice or sound appears on your recording. i think these are impressive, but it doesnt always mean you have come in contact with a ghost.
Basically, i think you could put something like there are things that can cause a non-believer to believe, but no one will truelly be a hard believer until there is good hard evidence. It is like a religion, and everyones outlook is different.

when i said reasons i meant why that certain person does or doesnt believe not whats been scientifically found out or what ever but thanks anywayz. im into all this spiritual stuff aswell :) my grandad is a median its pretty damn cool :P
