I like fairies (thus why I am wearing fairy wings in the picture). Good grammar rocks, too. It doesn't have to be perfect but I get frustrated when people completely disregard it. I like every color except pink. I hate the wind. Sometimes, I carry around a little teddy bear I found at an antique store. His name is Robert. I dress very eccentrically. It's not unusual for me to wear a prairie dress one day and a Mod dress (think Austin powers) the next. I don't dye my hair, or wear much make-up. I think it's sad that no one puts any emphasis on natural beauty anymore. I think it's a good thing to be open and educated about sex and other issues that are considered taboo. I have a hard time seeing where homophobics are coming from.

Basically, I'm just some weird teenager in Arizona. If I haven't scared you off already, feel free to drop me a line. -Danielle

i am 13 female and i think that i am lesbian. i dont want to be lesbian and i want to stop. how do i stop being lesbian? i havent make out with a girl yet but here are the things i like: 1)girls kissing. 2) "perfect" breast. 3) cute faces. and 4) hearing girls moan during sexual things. i think that the cute face and perfect breast thing is just me being insecure about myself but what about the other things? anyway how did i become lesbian in the first place? is it in my genes or something? i need help!!!!!
i rate 5"s for good answers! (link)
There is a ton of grey area on this... because, while one of those people below was on the right track with saying that your hormones are raging at age 13 and lots of different things will turn you on, I've never agreed with the logic that someone as young as you couldn't know sexual orientation for sure. Because, let's face it, it seems like every other 13 year old is obsessed with the opposite sex, which means they "know" they're straight, right? So if all those kids can just know that they're straight, why can't gay kids not know they're gay?

On the other hand, there is also a lot of room for confusion at age 13, which is where you come in. I don't think you can always really be 100% sure of what you like until you experience it. If you experiment with a girl and you really like it, you still might not necessarily be a lesbian because you still might also like guys. Don't limit yourself with the labels of "lesbian," "bi," or "straight" at this point. Just take it as it comes. If you have a chance to hook up with a girl, and it feels right, don't not do it just because you've been taught it's wrong. Just do whatever makes you feel most comfortable. You're going to like what you're going to like, and you shouldn't beat yourself up for it. You won't be happy until you accept who you truly are, whatever that might entail.
