heyy, my mom wont let me get my ears double pierced or the cartiledge at the top pierced.. I really want it done and I would be paying for it so I dont even know why she cares? How can I just convince her to let me do it.. its not like its even bad or anything like smoking pot

Wow, I'd be so mad if my mother did that to me. I have like 10 piercings in my ear. But she doesn't care because that's what I'm mostly interested in. I was so close to getting my nose pierced last year and luckily didn't. Show her that you know a lot about ear piercings. Like what were to happen if you got an infection, or how much it exactly costs and where you can get it done at. Reassure her, it's just your ears, it's not like you're asking for much. Or maybe wait until atleast Xmas break, so you won't have to worry about like having so much pain that you'd have to be off of school or something. Tell her it won't lead to wanting to get your nose pierced or like your bellybutton. (:
