Hey, My name is Mandy Marie. I'm an Australian and always will be one. I still own the accent, but I live in the US. I recently just moved from Miami Beach to New York City. If your skin is fairly clear, I'd skip the foundation because you probably don't need it. I'd pick a powder close to your skin color and use that instead. Make sure that you do your need with that same color so that it blends out evenly.
For your eyes, you don't have to use eyeliner. A trick is to use black mascara on your top and lower lashes. A lot of people don't know this but if you first apply mascara on your bottom lashes first, they will prevent those black dots you get. Always start in the middle of your upper lashes, flipping them up. Then do the outer lashes. If you absolutely feel the need to use eyeliner, you could use a neutral color like brown as opposed to black. If your using eyeling draw it by your lash line.
Tint your cheeks with a bronzer or a light blush. Just enough to give you some color if you like. Brush on the apples of your checks. To do this, just smile and you'll be able to apply it better.
For lips, all you need is some clear gloss and you're all set. I really like MAC lipglass. But there's always really good other ones out there. Steer away from lip tinted glosses as they will emphasis color and clear makes your lips look glossy without being colorful.
