about

Hi, I'm Emily. Call me Emily or Em, I prefer either. I have been a featured columnist 2 times now. After disabling my account I had about 3 years ago, a lot has happened which made me want to come back. I feel as though helping people with their problems, helps me solve mine, even if that doesn't make a lot of sense to any of you. Don't hesitate to ask me anything, I will answer fairly quickly depending on the question. If you want a hard-thought out answer, which is what I usually give, it may take a little longer- it benefits everyone in the long run.

advice

I've always dreaded the first day of school just because I don't deal with change very well. I know that it's not as bad as I think it'll be, it's always fine. But I still get panic attacks and get really sick the night before and that morning. Any advice on how I can overcome this?

there is nothing to be scared of. school is school, and after the first day is over, its fine. change is a good thing, and every year, it will be easier. just think of the kids that have to adjust to a whole new school, like me. thats even harder than starting a school with people youve known your whole life. you'll be fine, and you still have a lot of time to adjust to it, school isnt even over yet! let me know if you need anymore help.
