Hey, I'm Samm and I'm 15-year-old freshman at Downingtown East High School. I've got a pretty average teenage life, except I'm in no way your average person. I doubt you'll ever meet someone exactly like me.

No food can make your body in perfect shape. Food isn't magic. Just eat a whole bunch of fruits and veggies and lay off of the snack foods. Exercise, that's the key.

And to answer your feedback ''what do you think models are?'' I think they are plastic, border-line eating disordered, airbrushed women.
