Fruits and vegetables. Eat red meats. Beans and calcium. Lots of berries and melons and cucumbers, and if you happen to like them, broccoli, spinach, and brussel sprouts. No crap food like jelly beans and McDonald's. Eat steak and chicken, but not KFC or Shake n Bake. Beans are usually helpful. Breads, you should have what was it? 6-11 servings a day? And of course milk, yogurt, cheese, etc. But, of course, there's also excercise. Try jogging, lifting weights, biking, hiking, or track. Good luck!
