Yes I can. Tell the friend that likes you that you don't yet feel that way about her that you appreciate her liking you and all but you would rather just stick being friends until you get more feelings for her in that sort of way, and that you would rather have friendship with her than nothing and that you wouldn't want to ruin that for the world and that she's really sweet (just tell her sweet things about her). And talk to the girl that you do like in that way about the feelings you have for her and that you would like it if you guys started talking and getting to really know each other. Hope I helped.
