Hey! Im Nicole. This is my second advice column. I really ♥ to give advice. I am rated pretty high here too, even though ive only answered about 260 questions. okay,

im 13 and i am this

hieght::: 4'9
weight::: 60 lbs

a few questins that has to do with that.

1) is that NORMAL?


2) i wanna gain, but i only eat sugar and meat. i just stay the same. i eat alot of fast foods, and i stay the same!

3) i want to gaim 5 pounds by school starts.. aka 3 weeks. can that happen?

1) lift weights.


2) eat veggies

OK well that is definetly way underweight. You should be atleast 35 more pounds at your age. I think you should excersize like crazy. Muscle weighs more than fat and it will probably look better if you do that and you'll gain weight. Um besides what you said about lifting weights & eating veggies im not sure what else you can do. You probably just have a really fast matabolism. Talk to your doctor about what to do.
