You are a little short for being thirteen. But every body was built different.
Eating meat and putting on muscle will deffinatly help you out.

so gain more wait.....try and eat ALOT of fatting food and if u have a small stomache eat lots of meals a day but don't let it get too out of hand!!!!!! you must also keep up ur hygine ehe and make sure you do get out b.c trust me sitting inside and eating does make you gain more but it make urself really unhealthy!!!! and we don't want that!!! ha!! well i hoped i helped!!!!
XSugarPieX77 answered Sunday August 7 2005, 1:22 am: Hey... well, i wouldnt say it's normal, but its not unormal either. At your age you should at least be 80 pounds. I know a couple girls who are like 70 pounds in my grade, and they are both 14. I would suggest to go to a nutrition doctor, and find out what you can eat to put on a few more pounds. I think there might be weight gaining bars that you can purchuse to add a couple pounds, but find out if they are something that wont hurt your body. Good Luck!

rockstarxlove answered Sunday August 7 2005, 12:54 am: OK well that is definetly way underweight. You should be atleast 35 more pounds at your age. I think you should excersize like crazy. Muscle weighs more than fat and it will probably look better if you do that and you'll gain weight. Um besides what you said about lifting weights & eating veggies im not sure what else you can do. You probably just have a really fast matabolism. Talk to your doctor about what to do.

To gain more weight. I suggest sitting your ass down on the sofa and eat about 4 bags of chips.Then drink 2 big bottles of coke. That might help

Eat lots of things, not just 2 or three, trying eatting more, even when your not really hungry! It is possible to gain 5 lbs in 3 weeks.
