Hello. Im starting to excersize to lose weight and i was wondering..I like to eat salad with just lemon and salt, but i only eat lettuce..lol not much of a salad so basically lettuce in a bowl with lemon and salt on top..is that alot of carbs/calories?

Lettuce has nearly NO carbs. And if you're only putting on lemon juice, that's a negligable amount of carbs... and salt has none. Also, lettuce has diddly-squat for calories, as it is mostly ruffage/fiber. Lemon juice is mostly citric acid, very little in calories there... and again... salt has none.
Aka, what you are wanting to eat it piss poor in nutritional value and you'll end up causing more harm to yourself than you would by eating a more normal diet. You need nutrients... and lettuce has very little. Your body needs vitamins, some carbs, some protien... and what you've listed has nearly NOTHING.
