I am goin out with this kid and my friend likes him too I think I should tell her that I am goin out with him or should I not But we tell each other like every thing

If you dont tell her, that doesn't mean that she wont find out somehow. I'd just tell her yourself. Keeping that from your best friend may be a bad thing. Also, if she thinks that he's available she might go after him. So it would be probably be a good thing to tell her. It may hurt her a bit at first though, because she likes him too. But telling her is better than lying to her.
