I have a very close friend that i met this year. she moved here from out of state. not too long into the school year she was homeschooled because of a stupid mistake. i couldn't imagine living without her but made many new friends. she still wants to keep our friendship and i agreed becasue she has no one else, i'm her only friend. she has lots of free time but since i go to school and have other activites not to mention other frieinds that i see more and want to spend time with more, it is hard for me to spend time with her. she is constantly pushing me to do stuff. how do i let her no that i have a life and she isn't my only friend without hurting her feelings? also i have realized that as time goes on i don't like spending time with her as much as i did because i'm not myself with her and we don't have as much in common as i thought we had when we first met. is this friendship worth it? sorry this is complicated but i need advice!!!!! Don't just not me her friend, because you should never burn bridges for no reason. I think that you should sit her down and talk to her and tell her exactly how you feel. Let herknow that your there for her if she needs you, but you feel that you click with other people now. And also tell her that you don't feel like y'all are as close as you used to be. It's not going to be easy because your going to feel weird saying it to her and she'll probably feel a little hurt. But you should always let the truth out no matter what wil happen. Stay strong and I hope everything works out for you. Tell me how it goes.
