All you have to do is put you in that person's shoes and think... WHAT WOULD I DO IN THIS SITUATION? That's what motivates me and helps me.

You need to think about what you would do or say in a situation like that.

Also, make sure you KNOW what you would do in that situation.

If you don't know the answer to a question, the best thing to do is leave it alone because if you say "I don't know." or "I'm sorry I couldn't help you.", you're going to get a one.
