i've recently become a vegitarian. my mother is worried that i wont get enough protein, what are some foods that i can eat that contain protein (besides meat, obviously)? (link)

my mom is a vegitarian and shes perfectly healthy..
she buys all those fake meaty things at price chopper...lol
one way to get a lot of protein is peanuts...
lol.
also, eat a large variety of fruits veggys grains and beans..whole grain stuff....lol
