1. well i was wondering if a girl that is 15 turning 16 in 2 months is going out with someone that just turned 25, could that someone go to jail?
2. what if the girl is not a virgin and the cops find out and they try to accuse the boy and she denies it could they file charges???

Well i wouldnt tell people about this because yes he could because that is considered rape so i would keep it on the down low... and im not sure about your second question yes they could probably but i wouldnt really worry to much about that just dont go around telling people that your dating some one who is like 9-10 years older than you... well i hope i helped if you need anything just ask*
