Cheerleading is just over! I am pretty good but i want to get better. I can do a cartwheel, round off, all jumps, heal streach, split! But tryouts are in about 2 months and i want stuff to do. I have a few questions,
What are some new cool moves?
What should i do to teach my self a back walkover? I am afraid of going back!
What can i do to get my jumps higher? yes, I prep but that doesnt seem to be enough, is jumping while i prep a bad thing?
Should i do some running and such? Im skinny but for extra "strength" if you want to call it that!

hey! Well, as for the back walkover, i dont suggest trying that on your own. But you SHOULD do backbends alot to get your back stretched out, and maybe you could try kicking over, and once you get used to that you'll get your backwalkover!What you can do to make your jumps higher is stretch everyday and work on your abs because your abs take a major part in how high your jumps are. YES jumping while you prep doesnt make any sense. Im not sure that i understand what your saying, but your supposed to prep and as your arms come up, hit your jump.... Running will help get you in shape and do sit ups!
