Q: ok well, in social studies class i sit in the back. And the other day this kid Dan had been absent and we had a test that day. Well the day he came back he had to take it (i sit next to him) and during his test his cell goes off. In my school we r not aloud to have cells phones. And he thought if he reached in his pocket and turned it off then the teacher would think he was cheating. So he wisppers to me to turn it off. So i reach in his pocket about to turn it on when the teacher sees us. She thought that i was doing some thing **else** inhis pocket then turning off his cell phone. Now i have a detention for "cheating" and for doing other stuff wit dan!! wht do i do?!

Why would you be accused of cheating if you had already taken the test? I would explain to your mom that way she doesnt get the wrong idea. I dont know if she will like the whole idea of you going into his pocket in the first place but the least thing you can do is talk to her and let her know whats up. But detention isnt that bad you know. Just go and do the time and you'll be fine. Detention suck but the people in there are awesome!-trix

hehe thx!
