advice
Ok i have a puppy, i just got the other day and she will be 7 weeks old tomorrow...well my problem is...she wont stop useing the bathroom on my floor in my bedroom and everywhere else in the house...even though i tell her no...thats bad and not to do it again but she keeps on and on whenever i see that shes about to go to the bathroom i pick her up and rush her outside....its annoying and i need advice on how to get her to stop useing the bathroom on my floor...thanks...i'll rate anyone who answers this for me!
If she can't go outside you should try wee wee pads. They aren't expensive abd you can find them in a lot of pet stores. You need to work on training her. 7 weeks is old enough for her to understand. When you get the wee wee pads show her where they are. Put her face real close to it and then look at her and say this is where you go pee. I know it sounds funny but it works. But she's not gonna understand in a day. When she makes on the floor grab her and put her face where she went at, not in it just close to it, so she can smell it and realize its hers. Then look her in the face and say no you don't go here you go here and show her the wee wee pad again. you can also run her to the pad when she's about to go and after she's done tell her good girl this is where you go and show her. Eventually she will get the point it just takes some time and patience. But this strategy does work, its how my mom did it.
